Customer Care Programs
While charged-off assets create challenges for creditors, they are also a source of anxiety for debtors. We encourage your clients to resolve their accounts by treating them with respect and offering them a range of options for managing their debt.
Depending on their circumstances, personality and even generation, different people prefer alternative methods of communication and remittance. This is especially true in sensitive financial situations involving debt and collections. We seek to make a disagreeable situation more comfortable and dignified for all of your clients to recover assets effectively while preserving your business relationships.
Clients can communicate with us online, by phone or in person, and we provide them with a variety of payment options, including:
Payment Method Options
- Websites of financial institutions, including Scotiabank, RBC, CIBC, TD and President’s Choice locations
- Interact Email Money Transfer
- Money Order or Bank Draft
- Regular Cheque
- Post-Dated Cheque(s)
- Bank Deposit (payment to a trust account)
- Direct Payments (in-store, direct to client)
Payment in Person
Non-electronic remittances can be made at three types of locations:
