Julie Kaplan, President and CEO
Kaplan serves as the President and CEO of SquareTwo Financial Commercial Funding Services. Kaplan, who is responsible for development, marketing, hiring and training, has more than 15 years of experience in the asset recovery industry. Since she joined Commercial Funding, sales have increased by 844%, and more than 1,800 new clients have been opened.
Prior to her time at Commercial Funding, Kaplan was the Managing Director of Branch Operations for Newton and Associates, a recovery agency. Kaplan also previously held the position of Managing Director of Branch Operations for NCO Financial Systems.
Joel LeBlanc, Senior Receivables Management Consultant
LeBlanc is Senior Receivables Management Consultant for SquareTwo Financial Commercial Funding Services and is responsible for managing their business development. LeBlanc has close to a decade of experience in the asset recovery industry and is responsible for bringing new clients on board, as well as the development of existing clients for Commercial Funding. Since he joined Commercial Funding, LeBlanc’s portfolio of clients, and revenue as a result, has grown four-fold.
Before he joined Commercial Funding, LeBlanc was the Training Manager for NCO Financial Systems, a recovery agency. LeBlanc also previously held the position of Senior Account Manager for NCO Financial Systems.
Dave Lucas, General Sales Manager
Lucas serves as the General Sales Manager of SquareTwo Financial Commercial Funding. Lucas has more than 12 years of experience in the asset recovery industry and is responsible for development and training of the Sales Department. Since he joined Commercial Funding, new clients opened have increased by 200%.
Prior to Commercial Funding, Lucas was the Kansas Branch Manager for NCO Financial Systems, a recovery agency.
Rickey Smith, General Collection Manager
Smith serves as the General Collection Manager of SquareTwo Financial Commercial Funding and is responsible for development and training of the Collection Department. Since he joined Commercial Funding, the company has implemented new collection strategies, including a predictive dialer.
Before joining Commercial Funding, Smith worked for Encore Receivables, a recovery agency.
Jennifer Price, Legal Forwarding and Client Services Manager
Price serves as the Legal Forwarding and Client Services Manager of SquareTwo Financial Commercial Funding and is responsible for managing the Special Projects and Legal Forwarding Department. Since she joined Commercial Funding, the number of suits filed has increased by 150%.
