Sales Process
Selling your commercial distressed asset portfolios is straight forward, fast and effective with SquareTwo Financial Commercial Funding Corporation.

From the time you accept our offer, our objective is to close and fund within eight business days. We apply the following steps in order to quickly evaluate and close the purchase of portfolios:
Data Collection – Our first step in the process is to gather important facts about the debtors and loan/lease obligations you would like to sell, as well as general background about your own standard collection procedures.
Pricing and Offer Letter – Upon receipt of required due diligence information, we will provide you with an offer letter and price for your portfolio as well as forward flow pricing and terms (as applicable).
Closing the Portfolio – Finally, once terms and price are agreed, we ask for a final updated portfolio list (updated balances, payments, debtor info), establish a transfer date, execute a purchase agreement, and wire funds for the purchase price. Subsequent to the closing date, we ask you to forward us copies of all debtor documentation – credit applications and loan/lease contracts.
